LJI in Cleveland Heights is the absolute best!! Thank you so much Lauren and Victor! I would never ever go anywhere else! Everyone is beyond friendly and I can tell that they really care. Victor touched up my jeep perfectly while I waited. I was so happy not to have to leave it and come back :) I truly cannot recommend them highly enough!

Excellent Customer Service, and the highest quality of workmanship. Lauren and whole LJI Collision team were so very helpful, and they were with me through every step of the process. Car looks new! The repairs were meticulously done and when I pick-up the car It was washed and detailed inside and out! Amazing!! Thanks again LJI, you literally saved my car from scrap heap.

I chose LJI Collision based on its 5 Star Google rating. I must say it exceeded my expectations! Victor did a great job removing the unsightly scratches from my car. An added bonus was being able to wait for my car rather than leave it and come back. I was impressed by the waiting room which is no typical body shop waiting room! It rivals the car dealership waiting rooms. If your looking for excellent workmanship and customer service, look no further. I highly recommend LJI.

I cannot recommend LJI Collision Center enough! Lauren, Victor, and the entire team were absolutely incredible from start to finish. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle after being rear-ended, they handled everything seamlessly and made what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free. Their communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. They kept me updated every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and truly went above and beyond to ensure I felt informed and taken care of. What impressed me most was their attention to detail. Not only was the repair work flawless, but they also detailed both the interior and exterior of my vehicle before returning it to me. My car genuinely looked brand new when I picked it up! It's clear that this family-owned business takes pride in their work and truly cares about their customers. Their professionalism, craftsmanship, customer service, and dedication to excellence are second to none. I am extremely impressed with my experience and would highly recommend LJI Collision Center to anyone in need of collision repair services near Cleveland, OH.

I took my Volvo XC90 to LJI Collision Center on Lee Road in Cleveland Heights today for some paint damage on the hood. I was immediately greeted by a nice young man, and he was able to help me right away. He was extremely professional and the price could not be beat. While the work was being done, I sat comfortably in the nice, clean and spacious waiting area where they had coffee and candy. All in all, it was a 5 star experience, and these guys have definitely earned a repeat customer.
